To create new room the user should click on Add new record command button. As a result, new window opens and requires the user to input following information (Fig. 3.7):
·Type of Layout, select Room from dropdown list. Note: Next to each layout element in the dropdown list, its level in the layouts earache is shown.
·Room name. This is just for users to easily remember Room, for example, Physics Lab etc.,
·Building to which the room belongs.

If the user wants to update parameters of created/existing room or remove room from NUCMAT then he/she should use Edit () and Delete () buttons, respectively.
