To create a new cabinet the user should click on Add new record command button. As a result, a new window opens and requires the user to input following information (Fig. 5.8):
·Type of Layout, select Cabinet from dropdown list. Note: Next to each layout element in the dropdown list, its level in the layouts earache is shown.
·Cabinet name. This is just for users to easily remember the cabinet.
·Building and room to which the cabinet belongs.

If the user wants to update parameters of created/existing cabinet or remove cabinet from NUCMAT then he/she should use the Edit () and Delete () buttons, respectively.
