To create a new Building the user should click on the Add new record command button. As a result, a new window opens and requires the user to input the following information (see Fig. 5.6):
·Type of Layout, select Building from dropdown list. Note: Next to each layout element in the dropdown list, its level in the layouts earache is shown.
·Building name. This is just for user’s convenience to easily remember Building, for example, Storage no1, Physics Department etc.
·KMP to which building belongs.

If user wants to update parameters of created/existing building or remove the building from NUCMAT then it should use Edit () and Delete () buttons, respectively.
