To register the exemption of nuclear material the user should use Exemption command from the Operations submenu (see Fig. 4.11) and provide with the following data in corresponding window:
·MBA, KMP, Building (Room, Cabinet, Box) from which nuclear material should be exempted,
·Manufacturer number of nuclear material to be exempted,
·Exemption code (EU, EQ) see Code 10 for details,
·Flow KMP where exemption takes place,
·Date of inventory change.
