To generate PIL the user should use the PIL command from the Reports submenu (see Fig. 8.1).

Then the user should select MBA, Physical Inventory Taking (PIT) date, and click on OK button.
To generate PIL as an excel file the user should check excel format box then click on OK button. On Fig. 8.2-8.3, examples of PIL, generated by NUCMAT in pdf and excel formats are shown. NUCMAT allows the user to generate draft PILs without specifying and registering PIL numbers. This allows the user to print and check the report before final print. If the user is confident that generated PIL is correct and ready to submit to the Regulatory Body and/or the IAEA then he/she should check Final checkbox and provide the PIL number. NUCMAT reminds the user what was the last reported PIL number.
